Days 15 - San Diego

Took a little vacation from blogging on Sunday. We went to Chris' place and walked with her and Jason to the Farmer's Market about 1/2 mile from her house. It rained a little but the worst had passed and we enjoyed some tacos for lunch and bought some fresh produce for our meals. It was nice to be able to spend time with Chris for a change. We came back and I watched some Oscar Red Carpet - It was strange because coverage started at 2 pm - I can't get used to this time difference. Then we decided to explore the neighborhood. We headed down to the beach - it is not far from our condo - and walked along the beach for a while.  During our travels we came across a man trying to save a small octopus who had been washed up on the sand.  We also watched the surfers as they finished their day.  Came home and had spaghetti for dinner.
